Petition to improve Skullcrack
Since Anet usually sees what's going on in guru I'd thought this would be a good time to ask Anet to improve Skullcrack. Let's compare Disrupting Chop and Skullcrack.
Disrupting Chop
If it hits, this attack interrupts the target's current action. If that action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds.
Skullcrack
If this attack hits while target foe is casting a spell, that foe is Dazed for 15 seconds.
I wouldn't mind if Skullcrack would have the same description as Disrupting Chop but of course inflict the daze effect rather than the skill disable. That and maybe drop 1 hit of Adrenaline and this may actually be a worth an elite slot. Maybe it should be reworded and reworked to this:
Skullcrack

It's only fair, I mean a quick Mend Ailment will remove this anyways but as it is Skullcrack is almost nonusable against monks.
Hopefully others will /sign that something must be done.

Assuming you can land it on ANY monk skill other than enchantments or smiting skills. With 9 Adren cost you cant' really spam it in hopes of catching something either. Also it doesn't interrupt anything apart from spells, so Res Sig > this.

With the release of factions, dazed will become a much more common condition (broadhead, Temple strike........) and i think skullcrack should definitely have a buff to keep up with these skills. so,

Reason due: Possible exploitation
The moment it turn into what OP list, I will pack R/W and apply poison + skull like no tommorow. It is a skill of no attribute, how overpower would this make skullcrack? Very.
Move it to strength attribute, then buff it.

I believe Anet made this skill not for killing monk to begin with. Which is actually kind of stupid, since monk are the biggest threat out there.

It should be more like:
Skull Crack - 7 adren - If this attack hits, target foe is interrupted and dazed for 15 seconds. This attack cannot be "blocked" or "evaded".
Then I MIGHT use it.

Horrendous in PvP, pretty good in PvE

Just compare this with a ranger running broadhead arrow in the future
Assuming 12 expertise, 13 energy to daze someone from far away and skullcrack, 9 adrenaline and you have to hit on a spell, kinda hard with all the boon prots flying around don't you think?
